Vara Property Services (VPS) is a Company started in 2019 by a local family run team, Rhianne and Kishan Vara.
Before we set up VPS we researched and found that there were vast numbers of cleaning businesses within Leicestershire but we learnt that many had short falls in the services they were promising.
The main issues that many customers /companies were struggling with either:
1) Lack of consistency in the quality of service often and on many occasions
2) Not using environmentally friendly products or being environmentally conscience in general.
3) Arriving late or not even arriving to carry out the job! This potentially delaying work or failing audits and above all failing health and safety standards.
Having both worked in Commercial Cleaning Services for over 25 years, Rhianne decided on relocation to Leicester 4 years ago that there was a need for Cleaning Services within the City. Vara Property Services, has since built trusted working relations with all our customers and are still with us today from when VPS was born.
Kishan has been a member of the BPCA for over 16 years. He has a NVQ +HND in hospitality management and level 3 BPCA qualified technician. His vast knowledge of Pest control has been gained from his experience with local councils and large blue chip companies. He has a good understanding of dealing with any pest issue and also understands the company’s need to save costs so offers free advice that will be economical yet efficient.
Rhianne’s has gained a City & Guilds in Energy Efficiency and sustainability and deeply cares for the environment. Her knowledge and experience of the commercial cleaning sector gives her the understanding that businesses are grown on trust and communication. She takes pride in VPS’s cleaning standards & services and will ensure the highest level of service when we start. We aim to be your “only go to” cleaning service provider.
This has been achieved by Rhianne’s hands on approach with all jobs. All VPS staff are appropriately trained and fully embrace our high cleaning standards policy. Our staff are employed and completely vetted before any offer of employment is given with references being checked and verified along with background checks.

Knowing we use environmentally friendly products that even prevent pest entering. We are two areas of expertise merged into one family, offering for free advice or any cleaning and pest needs.
